Refund policy
At Antique Interior, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often using reclaimed and repurposed materials. Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
Customized & Bespoke Products
All customized or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

The product arrives completely damaged during shipping, or

The customer receives a wrong or irrelevant product that does not match the order.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging

Order details
These should be sent to our support team for verification.
Return Approval
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a return or replacement depending on the situation.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, customers may choose one of the following options:

Replacement of the product, or

Full refund of the product value
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Customized or bespoke products

Minor variations in color, texture, or grain (due to natural reclaimed materials)

Change of mind after purchase

Normal wear or damage caused after delivery
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
